China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters—a self-disciplined organization that provides service to enterprises—came into being in 1988. CCCMC gathers some of the largest companies in the relevant industries of China. The business of its member companies covers ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, non-metallic minerals and products, construction materials, coal and coal products, oil and oil products, chemicals, plastics, fine chemicals, agro-chemicals, rubber products, etc.
In recent years, the total import and export volume of minerals, metals and chemicals accounts for 26.9% of the total import and export volume of China, among which the import volume accounts for 37.0% and the export volume accounts for 18.5%. CCCMC has a membership of 4,150 by June 2007, including foreign trade companies, manufacturing companies, joint ventures, private enterprises and research institutes. The total export volume of its members takes up 30% of that of the whole industry and an average of 300 member enterprises are listed on the Top 500 Exporting Enterprises of China every year. The members of CCCMC can represent the overall level of the metal, mineral and chemical industries in China.
Founded in July 1988, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) is a self-discipline and nationwide trade organization, formed jointly and voluntarily by various economic organizations registered in accordance with law in the People's Republic of China and engaged in import and export of machinery & Electronic products and related activities. Now it has more than 6,500 members.
In the past years, CCCME has always followed the guideline of serving its member enterprises and the cause of foreign trade and exercised its function of coordination and self-discipline so as to safeguard the interests of its members and relevant industry, act as a good staff and assistant to the government, help its members to explore the international market, bridge the government and the enterprises and promote the consistent and healthy development of the trade and investment of machinery & electronic products. Along with the speeding up of the economic globalization process, the foreign trade of China’s machinery & electronic products will definitely grow faster. CCCME will, based on its guideline of developing and strengthening CCCME through services, endeavor to expand its service ranges and improve its service quality so as to promote the sustained, fast and healthy development of the trade and investment of China’s machinery & electronic products.
The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles (CCCT), established in October 1988, is the leading national trade organization representing exporters and importers of textiles and clothing in China, with a membership of more than 11,000 companies. CCCT members, involved in the business of manufacturing, exporting and importing all kinds of textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, home textiles, industrial textiles and accessories, operate in 31 provinces and municipalities throughout the country. CCCT members cover a majority of Chinese traders, manufacturers and foreign-funded businesses in the textile and clothing industry, representing more than 70% of China's import and export trade in textile and clothing.
The purpose of CCCT is to represent the interests of the industry and its members and to promote the sustainable development of China's textile and clothing trade. The core functions of CCCT can be summarized as "Coordination, Guidance, Consultation and Service".

Founded in 1988, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts (CCCLA) is, in accordance with relevant rules and regulations, a self-ruling organization composed of enterprises engaged in import and export business of light industrial products and arts-crafts. CCCLA 's membership has exceeded 6000 by the end of 2004.
The highest authority of CCCLA is its Member Congress, with the Board of Directors and Board of Standing Directors under it. CCCLA has 6 departments and 18 Sub-Chamber (coordination groups) dealing with the daily work.
CFNA has over 5000 member companies scattered all over China, ranging from China's largest multinational agro farming, processing & trading corporations to small and medium companies. The member companies include state-owned enterprises, joint ventures, wholly foreign-invested companies and private companies.
The total import and export volume of agro-products of CFNA member companies represents 60% of China's total import and export volume of agro-products, which is around 60 billion US dollar a year and with over 10% yearly growth rate. The commodity range of CFNA members covers vegetables & fruits, meat and aquatic products, foodstuffs, tea & honey, horticulture products, beverage and canned foods, forest & forest chemicals, native produce, feather and down, hairs, bristle, casing, leather and fur, carpets, etc.
Founded in May 1989,China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE), is the leading and most influential national trade association in China with a mission to promote the international trade and cooperation in medicinal and health products. CCCMHPIE，directly under the Ministry of Commerce of China, has a diverse membership of more than 1,800 companies including most of the major manufacturers and trading companies of pharmaceutical and health products across China. The fields that CCCMHPIE covers range from Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM), pharmaceuticals, preparations, medical devices and equipment, dressings, biopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, functional cosmetics to health products.
Founded in November 1987 in Beijing upon the registration at the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI), a nationwide non-profit social entity reporting to the Ministry of Commerce, is mainly composed of companies in the territory of China with foreign investment or investment from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas compatriots.
In accordance with the state guidelines, policies, laws and regulations concerning opening up and encouraging foreign investment, CAEFI makes its best efforts to provide services to its members and other investors, guide its members to run their companies legally, safeguard the legitimate interests of its members, enhance the mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation in-between its members, between its members and the government, and facilitate its members to play a positive role in China's undertaking of socialist economic development and international economic cooperation.
